How to order
Certain products can be ordered through our online shop, for everything else please call or email us with your requirements. Please note for orders placed via our online shop, if School Order is selected, this will need to be supplied before we can confirm your order.

VAT and Delivery charges
Please note that all prices shown exclude delivery and VAT. Delivery charges will vary dependant on the size and weight of your order. This is calculated automatically if you place your order online.


	Payment options We accept official school orders emailed or faxed on headed paper. Payment by return upon receipt of invoice. All major credit / debit cards are accepted (except Amex).

Minimum order value
Our minimum order value for all products is £15, although for certain items, minimum order quantities also apply.

What text can go on my badges
Your badges can incorporate any text you like, assuming it will fit on the badge. For classic school badges, the maximum number of characters for the standard text 'eg PREFECT' is 20. All text must be supplied electronically via email, with the spelling exactly as you would like it to appear.

Setup charge
Certain products incur a £20 setup charge on your first order, which covers any badge design work and a proof image sent by email for approval.

What artwork format
Artwork can be supplied in any computer graphic format, such as JPG, BMP etc. We prefer vector format files such as AI or EPS as these give a better print. For vector files all text must be converted to curves. Pantone references must be supplied is specific colour matching is required.
